Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day returns policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. You will also need proof of purchase. Any refunds will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the order.
Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and original delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Returns within Dubai: we can arrange a free return collection within Dubai on request.
- Returns outside Dubai: return shipping from addresses outside the Emirate of Dubai is the customer's responsibility. You may return the item via a courier of your choice, or we can help arrange collection at cost.
We are happy to offer change-of-mind exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Where any additional collection or delivery is required, we'll confirm the applicable charge in advance, and this will be payable by the customer.

Damages and issues
We take great care in packaging your order but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact Page so we can look into it and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order has been shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@thelinenvase.com.
