Shipping and Returns
We deliver across the UAE, throughout the wider GCC and internationally via DHL. Some of our heavier and fragile items are not available for international delivery. At present, the only destinations we cannot ship to are Russia, Ukraine and Iran.
Orders within the UAE placed between Monday and Friday are delivered the next day when placed before 4pm. Please note, we don’t ship UAE orders on Sundays or public holidays. Deliveries to the wider GCC usually take 1-3 working days. International orders are shipped with DHL and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Exact shipping times will be within your tracking information with DHL.
We offer free shipping on UAE orders of AED 500 and above. For UAE orders under AED 500, a flat rate of AED 25 applies. For GCC and international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated on checkout.
Please note that for orders shipped outside the UAE, shipping rates shown at checkout cover shipping only. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges or handing fees are set by your local customs authority and are not included. DHL will notify you if any payment is due and share a payment link. Any amounts due must be paid by the recipient before the order can be released for delivery.
For UAE orders, you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp with your delivery details once your order has been dispatched. For GCC and international orders, DHL will send an email with full tracking information.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Any refunds will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the order. Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and original delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Returns within Dubai: we can arrange a free return collection within Dubai on request.
- Returns outside Dubai: return shipping from addresses outside the Emirate of Dubai is the customer's responsibility. You may return the item via a courier of your choice, or we can help arrange collection at cost.
We are happy to offer change-of-mind exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Where any additional collection or delivery is required, we'll confirm the applicable charge in advance, and this will be payable by customer.
Notwithstanding the above, if your order has been shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@thelinenvase.com.
We take great care in packaging your order but if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact Page so we can look into it and make it right.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply allows you to save your details for faster checkout and keep track of your orders.
We’ll always do our best to help. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order and we’ll confirm if changes are possible before dispatch.
Many of our pieces are restocked in small, considered batches. You can sign up for a back-in-stock alert on the product page to be notified as soon as it’s available again.
Payment and Gift Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Tabby. Cash on delivery is also available within the UAE.
Yes, through Tabby you can split your purchase into 4 monthly payments at 0% interest.
Yes, our digital gift cards are available in multiples of AED 50 and 100 and start from a minimum of AED 100. They are delivered instantly via email and can be redeemed online. Explore our gift card options here.
