We deliver across the UAE and to the wider GCC and internationally via DHL.

Orders within the UAE placed between Monday and Friday are delivered the next day when placed before 1pm. Please note, we don’t ship UAE orders on Sundays. Deliveries to the wider GCC usually take 1-3 working days. International orders are shipped with DHL and typically arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Exact shipping times will be confirmed at checkout.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made from natural materials, so subtle variations in tone and texture are to be expected and celebrated as part of their charm and authenticity.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery as long as items are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
